    While much of Naureen’s work has focused on advancing women’s voices, this programme invites both women and men to the table — because inclusive, effective leadership requires us all.

    If we want gender-balanced spaces and meaningful conversations, we need everyone equipped to speak up, listen deeply, and lift one another.

  • What to Expect at Inspire Speak

    Inspire Speak is a three-day, in-person communication workshop designed to sharpen your voice, presence, and impact in every room you walk into. Whether you're leading a meeting, presenting to a board, or speaking on stage, this workshop will equip you with practical tools to communicate with clarity and confidence.

    Day 1: Content Lab

    You’ll refine and present content that’s relevant to your work. Expect real-time feedback, hands-on storytelling practice, and practical techniques to make complex ideas engaging and memorable. You’ll also start learning the art of giving and receiving feedback—something we’ll build on throughout the workshop.

    Day 2: Speaker Lab

    We’ll review recordings from Day 1 and dive into what makes a great speaker—voice, tone, posture, gestures, breath, and more. With role play and group coaching, you’ll build presence and confidence as you practise the fundamentals of impactful delivery.

    Day 3: Facilitation Lab

    You’ll step into the role of a facilitator—a skill every inclusive leader needs. Learn how to create space for all voices, lead with empathy, and navigate group dynamics. Through structured exercises, you’ll practise facilitating discussions and wrap the day with a final presentation that brings everything together.

    During this workshop you'll walk away with three frameworks for introducing yourself with clarity and confidence, an understanding of the non-verbal signals that shape how you're perceived, and a deeper answer to the question most of us have never properly sat with — who am I beyond my title?

    It's hands-on, it's personal, and it's designed to give you a real taste of what's possible when you invest in your voice. Many participants go on to join the full Inspire Speak programme after experiencing it.
